The Body Lounge opened in July of 2005. Beth (owner #1) found
she literally had products overflowing under her bathroom sink cabinet and recognized that
she couldn't be the only one who loved yummy sugar scrubs, creams, and soaps. There must be
others out there! So she and Mike (owner #2) saw it as an opportunity and the rest, as they
say, is history.
We are a
family owned and operated bath, body and skin products boutique. You will find Beth or Mike
behind the counter most days. Mike got recruited to give Beth some days off and is also one
of our best success stories. His skin was dry, flakey, and irritated before we opened the
store, and now he is itch free, smooth skinned, and very happy. He will gush about his
favorite products if you ask him.
We spend a lot of time searching
for and testing high quality natural, botanical, and organic lines to add to our store. We
care a great deal about what we put on our shelves and you put on your bodies. We appreciate
your feedback and suggestions and love your reviews of your favorite
products.
